Again on Friday you carried the Associated Press article on the latest news about the Nevada-based ranchers holding hostage an empty wildlife area in Eastern Oregon. I realize there are issues in the West on land ownership, management and use, but this is getting tiresome.

What many don’t recall is the father-son duo sent back to jail were convicted of arson, an arson originally committed to cover up a deer-poaching case. Then, the story changed, the fire was set to stop weeds … again, poachers feel entitled to all resources and no government rules … equals the right wing snack deficiency protesters.
