Obama seeks to destroy industry

When the Supreme Court gave the EPA the authority to regulate coal emissions we knew it was only a matter of time before Obama acted on his early promise to destroy the coal industry. He tried by enacting a cap and trade law which Congress failed to approve. He is now doing an end run around Congress and has the EPA doing his dirty work. They plan to accomplish this by applying unattainable emission standards for the coal industry because the technology for doing so doesn’t exist. Emissions from coal plants are at a 20-year low and the earth has been cooling for the past 15 years. This insane move will clearly be a job killer and will cause utility bills to skyrocket at a time the nation is still recovering from the great recession. Couple this with the impending disaster of Obamacare, which is also a job killer, and will increase costs for medical care and you have a very serious blow to this fragile recovery. All of this leads me to continue to believe the theory that Obama’s design for America is to take her down a few notches like he has done with the military, diplomatic relations and our financial standing in the world.
