It was 10 minutes before Costco/Woodinville was to close on the stormy Thursday night. I was locked out of my car and Sam in his highly visible Sam’s Towing and Recovery tow truck pulled into the parking lot, off duty to do some quick shopping. I approached and asked him if he could help me out — without hesitation, he offered to help. Thank you, Sam, for your selfless help!
