Next time you have a picture of a family who has just been notified their loved one has died, please put it in the shredder. It was beneath The Herald to put the picture of the parents of the slain Birney Elementary school teacher in the paper. (Saturday article, “Infatuation for teacher turns deadly.”)
We as parents can only imagine what intense grief this family feels and to take a picture of them during this time shows little to no class on the part of the photographer.
