Photo placement insensitive to family

I was dismayed that The Herald placed Rachel Burkheimer’s photo right next to her accused killer’s picture in the article “Slaying suspect also tied to robbery” in the Oct. 11 local section.

Can you imagine her parents and family opening the paper and seeing that? I felt that was extremely insensitive to have their pictures in such close proximity. Maybe I’m overreacting but as a parent I felt that was inappropriate.
