I have a 1989 Jeep Cherokee. Last September, I purchased two new rear tires and, to my surprise, they were the exact tires and type that were recalled.
On a very busy Friday afternoon, I brought my Jeep into the Les Schwab in Monroe. Everyone was very, very busy. One of the “tire men” took one look at the tires and said he would replace them, but I would have to wait about an hour. Remember, this was a very, very busy Friday afternoon.
Not once did I receive anything but courtesy and smiles from the entire staff, plus two new tires with the warranty.
I know this may sound like a commercial. It is not. I live in Gold Bar and drive U.S. 2 just about every day. I was truly scared.
Thank you, all of you, for standing behind your guarantee!
