Put UW campus at Island Crossing

The County Council has made some promises to a local business that a large and prime undeveloped area at the northern edge of the Seattle Metroplex with great access to I-5 will never ever, ever flood again and that they are free to put a major car dealership there without worry. It seems to be a no-brainer to me. Put the new University of Washington branch campus there, too. It is a very convenient ,undeveloped spot and they could study aquaculture without ever leaving the classroom.
