Now that the election has been certified in the race for governor, I ask that Secretary of State Sam Reed resign immediately. Mr. Reed has certainly taken the low road in this process and has effectively handcuffed Dino Rossi. Mr. Rossi has no choice now, he must either contest the election or he must concede defeat.
This election is a poor example of our nation’s election process. I would much rather participate in the fraud that the Soviet Union or the Ukraine uses for their election processes. At least one is assured of the fraud from the start. How can Mr. Reed certify an election when so much has left to be answered and accounted for? His actions are one of a dictator, full of treason and at best idiotic.
If the citizens of the great state of Washington allow this fraudulent election to stand, then I pray you get what you deserve. I pray that we will have our own orange revolution and not allow Christine Gregoire to hold office. This is our obligation and our duty. Take a page from the struggle the Ukrainians have shown the world. Shouldn’t we, the greatest nation on Earth, expect the same?
