Regency staff offers hope, comfort

Our family wishes to express its thankfulness for the wonderful care provided to our loved one during her three-year stay at Regency Care Center in Arlington.

From housekeeping to management, the staff went above and beyond our expectations. The warm, thoughtful, caring manner of the personnel made Regency Care a true home away from home. During our visits it was clear that the NACs and nurses truly cared for and loved our family member. The staff encouraged faith and hope in all the residents.

In the long-term care setting, these qualities make all the difference in the lives of residents and their families. During difficult times the staff was a source of comfort and support for our family, and we can’t express with words how grateful we are to Regency Care for those gifts.

We would love to name all those who made a difference but the list would be much too long. Special thanks to the physical therapy team, housekeeping staff, registered and certified medical personnel, social workers and management. You truly made a difference in the life of our loved one and the lives of our family members. In today’s often rushed and impersonal world, Regency Care Center is a shining exception.

With heartfelt thanks from the family of Naomi Margo.
