Some American cities could really use some new pipes

I saw on the news that Mr. Trump is going to continue with the building of the Keystone Pipeline. He wants American jobs using American made pipes. Wonderful. Instead of putting another water system at risk why not take those American made pipes and American jobs to Flint, Michigan. I am sure the people of that city would really appreciate clean water coming into their homes and the jobs installing a new water system would create.
