I have been watching Sen. Patty Murray’s voting record in regard to small business. Apparently she subscribes to the four-step Democrat small business enhancement program.
1. If it moves, tax it.
2. If it keeps moving, regulate it.
3. When it finally stops moving, subsidize it.
4. When it dies, blame the Republicans.
She seems to be under the impression that any profit made by small business is by definition ill-gotten gain, and she has been strident in her efforts to wrest control of those profits so she can re-distribute them to the more deserving. Small business owners and their employees should be very wary when they go to the polls next year
