In response to the Sunday letter, “Seahawk QB was out of line”:
Since when did it become a problem for celebrities to endorse their political leaders? We have celebrities cramming the Democratic Party down our throats every day, through the TV, newspapers and Internet. The hypocrisy is sad.
I applaud Matt Hasselbeck and the Seattle Seahawks for honoring my and your president. It makes me love ‘em even more now!
Threatening our beloved Seahawks with dwindling ticket sales seems as irrelevant as the writer’s animosity toward them, just because they support our president.
Luckily this is America and not Cuba or Venezuela. The Seattle Seahawks don’t need to support Darcy Burner
if they don’t want to.
Just so all the Seahawk Democrat ticket holders know … you’re not the only ticket holders in town, and we’re growing (thanks to people like the letter writer).
