I saw on Court TV’s “Hollywood Heat” on Oct. 19 that Clint Eastwood denies that he was Bush bashing because he told the truth in the movie, “Flags of Our Fathers.” Seems the hustle of raising the flag on Iwo Jima was a publicity stunt (surprise!). There was a second flag raised that got all the emotional payoff that sold newspapers, allegedly winning the war.
If telling the truth is considered Bush-bashing, where do we sign up?
