Thanks to all for successful bazaar

Snohomish Band Boosters would like to offer our thanks to the community! Our booster club has been, and still is, working to raise funds to support Snohomish High School bands, and related band activities, such as the 2008 trip to Florida to play at Disney World, Universal Studios and the Hard Rock Cafe.

On Nov. 3 we hosted a wonderful Holiday Bazaar, and several thanks are in order. Thanks to The Herald for publicizing the event, thanks to the 60 vendors who took a chance to come out, thanks to the area businesses for donating to the silent auction, thanks to the businesses who allowed us to post notices in their windows. A huge thanks to those wonderful members of the community who came out to support the event and do a little early holiday shopping! The musicians who played would also like to thank those who left donations in their open cases, and such kind compliments in their ears.

It was a great day! On a personal level I would like to thank all the parent volunteers who made my life easier, and another huge thanks to band director Pete Wilson, who inspires our students to always work a little harder, and always to their best.

See you next year!

Trina Miller
