I am the leader for one of the North Everett Girl Scout Troops. We just wrapped up our 2013 cookie sale. I wanted to take a moment to thank the managers of the many stores that allowed us to set up in front of their businesses. Also, I wanted to thank the community for treating my girls with kindness and respect. Not just those who bought cookies or made generous donations for Operation Cookie Drop. But also those who politely addressed them and asked them about their goals. This is about more than just raising funds for camp. It’s about girls learning customer service, marketing techniques, gaining confidence and so much more.
