Everett High School was the place to be on Jan. 31! I attended the Senior Citizens Appreciation dinner that night, along with seven other residents of the apartment building where I live. I would like to say thank you to the staff and students.
The dinner was served with a smile and the jazz band and singers were excellent.
At a time when all the news seems to be negative and young people are portrayed as troublemakers it was refreshing to observe, as Paul Harvey says, the rest of the story.
Keep it up, Everett students!
