My heart goes out to little Zina and her family.
About those sex offenders – why are they being let out of jail? Has the care of our citizens, women and children specifically, become so unimportant? What a tragic and needless way to die for anyone, but especially a 12-year-old girl. It makes my blood boil.
Just who is in jail? You brag about the “pot plants seized,” new speed boats to patrol the water, another study on global warming or a study on whether a toilet should be built in some park. Meanwhile, services are being cut drastically, health care is disintegrating, and you can go on and on, and for what? So politicians can vote in pay raises for themselves, among other misuses of the taxpayers’ dollar.
This has got to stop! The current system is not working. These sex offenders should not be “turned loose” like they are. A good portion of them, as stated on these notices sent out, are listed as having “potential to re-offend.” Why are these tragic rapes, tortures and murders still being allowed to happen? That is exactly what the system is allowing by letting sex offenders out of jail.
Stop the bureaucratic nonsense and wake up, government – don’t let this little girl’s horrible death go in vain.
