Threatens to hold military hostage

We have been hearing and watching as the nation of Iran, under the direction of Ahmadinejad, has taken and held 15 military members from Britain hostage. They did this in order to get concessions from Britain and America.

Now, is there a difference between this and what Harry Reid and the Democratic Congress is threatening to do? Are they not proposing holding our military hostage in order to get concessions from the president?

Isn’t it amazing how we teach these other nations how to act in order to achieve their wants?
