Track requires more coverage

I am a sports fan and read The Herald’s sports page every day. I enjoy all the details and statistics when you give the results of soccer, football, basketball, baseball and softball games, and even golf and tennis.

However, I am appalled by your almost total lack of informative reporting on the local track and field competitions. Even in a recent conference championship meet, where many outstanding athletes were competing, you merely inform the public of who won each event, rather than interesting and informative coverage of the many events of the day. Shame on you.
