If I may, I would like to add one more comment to the “Canadian cheap shots” letter exchange. I have found the letters to be rather entertaining and humerous. As far as the response in Wednesday’s Herald, I have not been able to figure out why someone would live in the United States for all those years, reap all the benefits, and not feel the need to become a citizen. I am an ex-Canadian, came to America in 1964, lived the American dream, and felt the need to become a citizen in 1973, so that I would have the opportunity to take an active part in the American way of life. God bless America.
