‘Unbiased arbiter’ in eye of beholder

Senate candidate Dino Rossi commented that Solicitor General Elena Kagan should not be confirmed for the Supreme Court because she, in his words, is not an “unbiased arbiter” when interpreting the law.

Clearly, Rossi would like more right-wing ideologues like Chief Justice John Roberts, who opened the floodgates of corporate money to control our elections. One can only hope that as Rossi finds himself a three-time loser in Washington that President Obama has the opportunity to name more justices. Only then will the average voter get a fair shake from this court.
