Washington state’s oil train rules tough for a good reason

Our state likes tougher safety regulationss for trains hauling oil. North Dakota and Montana dont like them and want to reduce our safety rules rightup to Puget Sound ports.

Don’t forget what happened 30 years ago in Valdez, Alaska.
