Regarding the Friday editorial, “Registration deadlines are fine just as they are”:
Voting is a privilege. Instead of making it easier (mail, e-mail, etc.) we should be asking for proof of citizenship at registration to ensure we’re not registering illegal aliens, felons, etc.
