As elections are fast approaching, I am writing in support of Ted Wenta for Everett School Board.
Ted is a man of strong conviction and a supporter of children, education and community building. He knows that a good education creates a foundation for future success.
As a longtime YMCA executive, he has crafted programs and opportunities for children to grow and prosper, learning along the way what works and what doesn’t.
As a community member he has been involved in developing Everett’s vision on the Mayor’s Vision Council and helped Everett become recognized as an All America City.
His daughters are recent graduates of Everett schools, so he has firsthand knowledge of how our schools work. He is concerned that every child has access to good educational opportunities no matter where they live, where they come from or what their dreams are.
We can’t under estimate the importance of strong leadership on our school board. Ted brings skill, passion and a willingness to work hard for all children, parents and our community. Please help elect him to the Everett School Board to ensure children will have success today for a bright future tomorrow.
