I am writing in response to the Sept. 20 article titled “Convictions for peeking up skirts overturned.” In the article it was written that the law only protects people in places where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
Now, I may be stupid, but I think that up a woman’s skirt is a place of reasonable expectation of privacy. This would be humorous if there weren’t so many crimes against women. Law enforcement needs to stop minimizing these crimes.
