HILLSBORO, Ore. — Cole Barr drew a bases-loaded walk and Spencer Packard drove in a run after being hit by a pitch as the Everett AquaSox scored twice in the ninth inning to break open a tied game and held on the beat the Hillsboro Hops 4-2 on Thursday afternoon for their fourth straight win.
Marysville Pilchuck alum Trent Tingelstad doubled and scored a run for the AquaSox.
Bryce Miller started on the mound for Everett (24-29) and allowed only one run on four hits in six strong innings. Miller struck out four and walked two and lowered his season ERA to 1.83.
Neyfy Castillo homered for Hillsboro (26-26).
