PASCO — Cade Marlowe homered in a four-run first inning and the Everett AquaSox cruised to a 7-3 win over the Tri-City Dust Devils on Saturday at Gesa Stadium.
The AquaSox jumped out to an early lead on a run-scoring single by Juan Camacho and Marlowe’s home run in the first.
Everett added a run in the fifth inning when Miguel Perez doubled and later scored on an error. Cesar Izturis Jr. chipped in a run-scoring single in the sixth to push the lead to 6-0.
Marlowe finished the game 2-for 3 with three RBI and Izturis Jr. went 2-for-4.
Tim Elliott started for the AquaSox and pitched two scoreless innings. He allowed two hits and struck out two.
