BASEBALL/SOFTBALL

  • Tryouts for the Puget Sound Senior Baseball League are scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon (ages 21 and older) and noon to 2 p.m. (35 and up) on March 28 at Bellevue Community College (3000 Landerholm Circle SE). For more information, call 425-957-1430.
  • Registration for the Arlington Boys &Girls Club’s Tee-Ball, Coach Pitch and Pitching Machine programs runs through April 2. Tee-ball is for players ages 4-5 and the cost is $60. Coach Pitch is for players ages 6-7 and the cost is $70. The pitching-machine program is for players ages 7-9 and the cost is $70. All participants must have a current club membership.   • The Washington Pirates U17-18 Connie Mack Baseball Team is looking for players. For more information, call Curtis Funnell at 425-343-5304.
  • The School of Hard Knocks Baseball Academy is offering Hitting Camps from 2-4 p.m. on Sundays, Pitching Camps from 3:30-5:30 p.m. on Saturdays, and Catching Camps from 5-7 p.m. on Mondays. The camps are being held at the Marshbank Baseball Facility in Lake Stevens (3304 Old Hartford Road). The camps run through March. The cost is $140.   • n The 16th annual Mukilteo Spring Break Baseball Camp is scheduled for April 6-10 at Kamiak High School. Sessions are from 10 a.m. to noon. The program is for boys and girls ages 5-12. The cost is $75. For more information, call 360-722-2547.
  • BASKETBALL

  • The 17th annual Tulip Basketball Tournament is scheduled for March 27-29 in Mount Vernon. The event is for boys and girls teams in grades 5-8. The team fee is $225. For more information, call 360-336-9414.
  • Advantage Basketball is accepting registration for its 2009 Spring Break Camp at the old Woodway High School campus in Edmonds (23200 100th Ave. W.). The camp runs from March 30 to April 3. Sessions are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 425-670-8877.
  • Kagerz Hoops is holding tryouts for boys in grades 8-12 from 7-9 p.m. on March 27 at Edmonds Community College. For more information, call 206-383-7102.
  • The City of Edmonds is offering a 3-on-3 Half-Court Basketball League on Wednesday nights. Play begins April 8. The team fee is $235. For more information, call Todd at 425-771-0229.
  • GOLF

  • The City of Edmonds and the First Tee Jr. Golf Program is offering a Coed Golf Camp from March 30 to April 3 at Lynnwood Golf Course. The program is for players ages 8-17. The fee is $100. For more information, call 425-771-0230.
  • INLINE SKATING

  • The Everett Express Inline Speed Skating Team is recruiting new members. Drop-in practices are scheduled from 4:30-6 p.m. on Wednesdays at the Everett Skate Deck (9700 19th Ave. SE).   • SOCCER

  • The Marysville Parks and Recreation Department is looking for volunteer soccer coaches. The season begins the week of April 6. For more information, call 360-363-8400.
  • Sounders FC Spring Break Soccer Camps are scheduled from March 30 to April 3 at the Snohomish Soccer Dome, the Everett Soccer Dome and the Arlington Soccer Dome. Half sessions (ages 5-15) are from 9 a.m. to noon and the fee is $150. Full sessions (ages 7-15) run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 9 a.m. to noon on Friday.   • The City of Edmonds and Kids Love Soccer is offering a Spring Break Soccer Camp from March 30-April 3 at the Civic Center Playfields. The program is for players ages 4-12.
