  • The Northwest Baseball Academy is offering Hitting Camps from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Saturdays, and Pitching Camps from 6-8 p.m. on Sundays at its indoor facility in Lynnwood (18025 Highway 99). Sessions begin in January and run into March. The program is for players ages 8-13. The hitting camps cost $100. The pitching camps cost $140. Enrollment ends March 7.   • Skagit County Parks is accepting registration for its Xtreme Challenge Men’s Basketball Tournament, scheduled for Dec. 7 at Skagit Valley College. The team fee is $175. For more information, call 360-336-9414.
  • Skagit County Parks is accepting registration for its Boys Masters Basketball League. The program is for players in grades 9-12 who are not on their high school teams.   • Skagit County Parks is accepting registration for its 2009 Boys S.W.I.S.H. Basketball League. The program is for players in grades 4-8. The team fee is $460. For more information, call 360-336-9414.
