Carillio, Nevers & Bake winin at Stateline Speedway

POST FALLS, IDAHO (June 6, 2009) — Darryl Carillio (Spokane, WA) won the Inland Campionship Auto Racing(ICAR) 50-lap main at Stateline Speedway on Saturday June 6. Braden Havens (Spokane, WA) finished 2nd followed by Corey Junke. The Street Stock winner of the 25-lap main was Aaron Nevers (Spokane, WA). The Northwest Pro Four Trucks had Bobby Bake (Tacoma, WA) winning the 25-lap main.

The 50-lap ICAR feature started with 14 cars taking the green on the high banked .25-mile oval. The Main event saw side by side action throughout the event two cautions, one from a spin, and the other as crossed traffic caused Jaelen Pace into the wall with minor damage, and Jaelen rejoined the race. The Northwest Pro Four Trucks put on a great show, with racing action three and four wide during the main event. The trucks will return to Idaho during the Idaho 200 weekend at stateline.

Saturday the ASA Late Model Racing Series takes to the track along with the Late Model 4s and Early Stocks. Events start a start at 6pm. General admission is $25 for adults;$23 Senior/Military/Student, $5 Juniors (6-11) kids under six are free.

The wild, wacky, unpredictable action of Wednesday Night Fever continues every Wednesday at 6pm with the cars and superstars of the Road Runners, Fever 4’s, plus the wild and crazy Bump to Pass division. Adults are just $5.75; kids under the age of nine accompanied by adults are free.
