Baseball/softball

n The Marysville Parks and Recreation Department is accepting registration for its upcoming Summer Softball Leagues. Registration continues on a space-available basis until July 3. Divisions offered include men’s and coed. The team fee is $465. For more information, call 360-363-8400.

n Laces Baseball Academy is offering Summer Baseball Camps on July 7-10 and July 14-17. The camps are for 12-U players. Sessions are from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. For more information, call 360-403-8363.

n The Mukilteo 2008 Summer Baseball Camp is scheduled for July 14-17 at Kamiak High School. Sessions are from 10 a.m. to noon. The program is for players ages 5-12. For more information, call Steve Merkley at 360-722-2547 or 360-387-8556.

n The Pacific Northwest Softball School is offering Summer Camps on July 14-18 at Lynnwood High School, and July 21-25 at Klein Fields in Marysville. The camps are for girls ages 8-18. For more information, call 360-659-9292 or 425-308-3834.

Basketball

n North Sound Elite Basketball is looking for experienced coaches. Applications are available at the team Web site at www.northsoundbasketball.com.

n The Junior Wildcats Boys Basketball Skills Camp is scheduled for July 14-17 at Archbishop Murphy High School. Sessions are 8 a.m. to noon. The cost is $100. For more information, call Greg Turcott at 206-375-2828.

n The Timberwolf Summer Basketball Camp is scheduled for July 14-18 at Jackson High School. Sessions are from 9-11:30 a.m. The program is for boys entering grades 4-8. The cost is $95 for Mill Creek residents and $109 for non-residents. For more information, call 425-745-1891.

n The Archbishop Murphy Summer Girls Basketball Camp is scheduled for July 7-10. Sessions are from 9-11:30 a.m. The program is for girls entering grades 6-9. The cost is $75. For more information, call 425-385-3464.

n The Meadowdale High School Youth Basketball Camp is scheduled for July 14-17. The program is for boys and girls in kindergarten through grade 9. Sessions times are 8 a.m.-noon (grades K-4), 12:30-4:30 p.m. (boys grades 5-9) and 4:30-8:30 p.m. (girls grades 5-9). The cost is $85. For more information, call 425-431-6532.

Dodgeball

Equestrian

Golf

n The 2008 Oshie Sports Foundation For Kids Sake Celebrity Golf Tournament is scheduled for June 26 at Legion Memorial Golf Course in Everett. The cost for a foursome is $500. Football

n The University of Washington Football Individual Skills Camp is scheduled for June 26-28. Sessions are from 8-11:30 a.m. (grades 4-8) and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (grades 9-12). The costs are $55 per day (or $130 for all three days) for players in grades 4-8, and $80 per day (or $205 for all three days) for players in grades 9-12. For more information, call 206-543-2223.

Martial Arts

n The Mukilteo YMCA’s Youth Karate Program begins its summer session on June 25. Programs are available for students ages 4 and older. Sessions are on Wednesdays (beginners) and Thursdays (experienced students with at least a purple belt) through Aug. 28. For more information, call 425-493-9622.
