Defensive pairings:

Rissanen-de la Lande

Theriau-Kulchar

Scratches: Gudas, Iwanski, McGrath, Murray, Bonar.

Notes: Everett continues to play minus its top defensive pairing of Radko Gudas (World Juniors) and Ryan Murray (U-17s) because of international commitments. Forwards Dan Iwanski and D.Jay McGrath are both out with knee injuries, which means no healthy scratches up front. Newcomer Clayton Cumiskey makes his first appearance at Comcast Arena as a Tip and skates with Shane Harper and Chris Langkow. Kent Simpson, coming off a strong effort at Tri-City on Tuesday, gets his second consecutive start in goal.

SASKATOON

Forward lines:

Inglis-Nicholls-Gallimore

Johnson-Olsen

Defensive pairings:

Klassen-Elliott

Zahn-Kizuik

Morin-Dietz

Starting goalie:

Stanford

Scratches: Siemens, Niemi, Hamilton, McNaught, Benson, Thrower.

Notes: The combination of international commitments and physical ailments means Saskatoon plays one short tonight. Defenseman Jyri Niemi is at World Juniors, while forward Brent Benson and defensemen Duncan Siemens and Dalton Thrower are at the U-17s. Forward Curtis Hamilton is out with a collarbone injury, while enforcer Randy McNaught has the flu. The Blades field three call-ups in forward Ryan Olsen and defensemen Zane Morin and Darren Dietz.
