Everett pounds out 17 hits and opens a six-game home series with a 15-10 victory over Vancouver.

EVERETT — Jack Larsen went 4-for-5 with three doubles and two runs batted in and the Everett AquaSox opened a six-game series at home with a 15-10 win over the Vancouver Canadians on Tuesday night at Funko Field.

Everett fell behind by three runs after just a half inning, but responded with eight runs in the bottom of the first and held on for its fifth consecutive victory.

Zach DeLoach went 3-for-4 with two doubles, Carter Bins had three hits and four RBI, and Austin Shenton had two hits and two runs batted in for a potent AquaSox offense that pounded out 17 total hits.

Juan Then started and labored through four innings for Everett (30-17). Then allowed eight runs on ten hits while striking out six and walking three. Stephen Kolek entered in the fifth inning and settled things down by allowing only one run on one hit over three solid innings.

Cameron Eden, Ryan Gold and Spencer Horwitz all homered in the game for Vancouver (26-23).
