Anyway, just a couple notes going into tonight’s game. The Tri-City Herald reported that Americans goaltender Chet Pickard is still questionable for tonight’s game. Meanwhile, defenseman Brett Plouffe, the top scorer among Tri-City’s defensemen, is out with a leg injury sustained Sunday against Prince George.

Oops. Quick correction on the above. It turns out Tyler Schmidt was the leading scorer among Tri-City’s defensmen this season. I had no idea he finished with that many points as he’s known more for his defensive prowess. Sorry about that Mr. Schmidt.
