SEATTLE — Washington linebacker E.J. Savannah has a broken bone in his left hand but the senior expects to play through the injury, beginning Saturday at Stanford.
Savannah broke the hand during the first quarter of the No. 24 Huskies’ upset over USC last weekend. It’s the second time Savannah has broken the hand, but he says this is a different bone that is injured.
Savannah missed just a couple of series in the first quarter while his hand was getting wrapped. He finished with five tackles in the 16-13 win over the Trojans.
