I will be at Everett Memorial Stadium tonight for what should be a great season-opening football game: Marysville Pilchuck vs. Jackson. Check back here this evening for live updates.
The M-P vs. Jackson game is scheduled to kick off at 8 p.m. I will show up a little early and try to catch some of the early game, Lake Stevens vs. Cascade, which is set to begin at 5 p.m. I am excited to watch Lake Stevens’ high-powered offense and also to see how Cascade looks under the direction of new head coach Nick Clovsky.
