Quarterback Tarvaris Jackson is still limited because of a pectoral strain, leaving Charlie Whitehurst to do the bulk of the work in practice, but the Seahawks did get some good news on the injury front. Center Max Unger (foot), tight end Zach Miller (head/neck) and running back Marshawn Lynch (back) were all full participants in practice Thursday. CB Brandon Browner was also back after missing Wednesday for non-injury reasons. Safeties Jeron Johnson (ankle) and Atari Bigby (hamstring were new to the injury report and did not practice.
