BAINBRIDGE — The Marysville-Pilchuck High School girls swimming team won the Spartan Relays Invitational, edging host Bainbridge Island High School 52-46.
Camas finished third with 42 points, followed by Sehome (30) and Central Kitsap (29).
The Tomahawks were tied with Bainbridge heading into the meet’s final event, the 400 freestyle relay. M-P’s quartet of Jewel LeValley, Hannah Taylor, Kendall Vincelette and Megan Shoemaker took first place with a time of 3 minutes, 49.92 seconds to clinch the meet.
The same group also finished first in the 200 freestyle relay and the 200 medley relay for the Tomahawks.
Marysville-Pilchuck’s trio of Sarah Clark, Marysa Eastman and Alaina Fordon finished first in the diving competition, outpacing runner-up Sehome 190.85-102.85.
Marysville-Pilchuck next hosts Meadowdale High School at the M-P pool on Thursday.
