Dover Motorsports Inc. made the sale Friday to Gulf Coast Entertainment for cash. The complex houses a .75-mile oval, drag strip and road course.

The Memphis track hosts events in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series.
