New AP basketball rankings

Here are the latest Associated Press girls and boys state basketball rankings. The big news this week is the unbeaten Lake Stevens girls jumped a spot to No. 2 in Class 4A. Votes come from a statewide panel of sportswriters. Overall season records are through Tuesday’s games. First-place votes are in parentheses. The number on the far right indicates total voting points received.
