It’s hard for me to believe this, but the cross country postseason is already here. The fall sure has zipped along quickly.

The Wesco South, Wesco North and Cascade Conference league championship meets are on Saturday at Lakewood High School in Marysville. Individual and team champions will be crowned.

Here is Saturday’s race schedule.

BOYS

Cascade Conference, 11:10 a.m.

Wesco South varsity,1:40 p.m.

Wesco North varsity,2:10 p.m.

Wesco junior varsity (North and South),2:40 p.m.

GIRLS

Cascade Conference,10:30 a.m.

Wesco junior varsity (North and South),Noon

Wesco South varsity,12:40 p.m.

Wesco North varsity,1:10 p.m.

The league championships will feature some of the state’s elite runners, including lots of teams included in the latest state coaches’ rankings. Check it out.
