4A BI-DISTRICT 1/2 TOURNAMENT

Third-place game (both to state)

Mount Si 1, Kamiak 0

EVERETT — The second-seeded Knights fell to the sixth-seeded Wildcats in the third-place game of the 4A bi-district 1/2 tournament.

Kamiak, the Wesco 4A co-champion, dropped to 11-6-2. Mount Si improved to 14-4-1. Both teams had already qualified for the state tournament.

Fifth-place game (winner to state, loser out)

Issaquah 3, Lake Stevens 2

ISSAQUAH — The fifth-seeded Vikings came up just short against the fourth-seeded Eagles in a winner-to-state, loser-out fifth-place game of the 4A bi-district 1/2 tournament.

Lake Stevens, the Wesco 4A co-champion, ended its season at 11-5-0. Issaquah improved to 8-6-2.

3A DISTRICT 1 TOURNAMENT

Championship game (both to state)

Shorewood 3, Shorecrest 0

SHORELINE — Three different plays scored as the top-seeded Stormrays blanked the second-seeded Scots in the 3A District 1 title game.

Aila Lowdon, Amelia Severn and Diana Tuilevuka each scored goals for Shorewood (18-1-0).

Shorecrest dropped to 15-4-0.

2A DISTRICT 1 TOURNAMENT

Second-place game (winner to state, loser out)

Lynden 5, Cedarcrest 0

BELLINGHAM — The third-seeded Red Wolves were shut down by the fifth-seeded Lions in a winner-to-state, loser-out game of the 2A District 1 tournament.

Cedarcrest finished its season at 13-6-1.

4A BI-DISTRICT 1/2 TOURNAMENT

First round

Issaquah 3, Kamiak 2

LAKE STEVENS — The 10th-seeded Knights dropped a tight five-set contest with the seventh-seeded Eagles in the first round of the 4A bi-district 1/2 tournament quarterfinal game.

Kamiak (7-10) will face eighth-seeded Jackson in a loser-out game 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Eastlake 3, Jackson 0 (Friday)

SAMMAMISH — The eighth-seeded Timberwolves fell to the top-seeded Wolves in a 4A bi-district 1/2 tournament quarterfinal game.

Jackson (10-8) will play 10th-seeded Kamiak in a loser-out game 5 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Si High School.

North Creek 3, Glacier Peak 0

BOTHELL — The fifth-seeded Grizzlies fell to the fourth-seeded Jaguars in the quarterfinals of the 4A bi-district 1/2 tournament.

Glacier Peak (12-5) will host a loser-out consolation game 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Lake Stevens 3, Issaquah 0

LAKE STEVENS — Alyss Kelly had 11 digs and two aces and the second-seeded Vikings swept the seventh-seeded Eagles 25-22, 25-18, 25-9 to advance to the semifinals of the 4A bi-district tournament.

Laura Eichert had 21 kills, eight digs and three aces, and Jayci Scrivens added 11 kills, 14 digs and two aces for Lake Stevens (14-4). The Vikings will host sixth-seeded Skyline in a winner-to-state semifinal game 7 p.m. Tuesday.
