Jackson 77, Prairie 76

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — The Timberwolves earned a bounce-back overtime win thanks to late-game heroics from senior Joe Eichhorn. After scoring four points in the first three quarters and change, Eichhorn hit a late 3-pointer to tie the game and force overtime. He converted again from deep in the extra period to help Jackson improve to 5-4. Eichhorn’s 10-point game made him one of four double-digit scorers for Jackson, as sophomore Joey Gosline had 19, junior Seamus Williams had 18 and senior Drew Pepin finished with 15. Prairie (3-5) sophomore Malachi Patton finished with a game-high 36 points in the thriller.

Kamiak 66, Meridian 54

BELLINGHAM — Sophomore Grady Rohrich (25) and junior Max Christiansen (20) combined for 45 points to propel the Knights to a win in the Trojan Storm Classic championship game. Junior Aaron Pierre contributed 16 points in Kamiak’s third straight win.

Edmonds-Woodway 88, Oak Harbor 48

OAK HARBOR — The Warriors moved to 9-0 Saturday night thanks to a 40-point win on the road against Oak Harbor (1-6). The usual suspects led the way for Edmonds-Woodway, as senior Cam Hiatt had 26 points while junior Will Alseth posted 22.

Everett 41, Metlakatla 31

KETCHIKAN, Alaska — The Seagulls (3-6) leveraged a strong defensive performance to earn a close win over Metlakatla (2-2) at the Clarke Cochrane Christmas Classic. Everett trailed by one at the half, but only allowed 13 second-half points to ensure a comfortable margin of victory. The Seagulls were paced by senior Sam Lawless’ 16 points and senior Noah Parker’s 14 points.

Monroe 49, North Salem 30

CHANDLER, Ariz. — The Bearcats advanced to the Cactus Jam’s Jam division championship thanks to a comfortable win over North Salem. Junior Dominic Castillo’s 14 points led Monroe as the Bearcats did not allow more than eight points in any quarter of the win. Monroe will play Central Bucks (Penn.) in Monday’s championship game.

Union 55, Snohomish 38

VANCOUVER — The Panthers (4-7) lost a tough one Saturday afternoon to Union (7-2) at the Mountain View Holiday Invite. Snohomish was led by senior Bryson Wheat (14 points) and sophomore Deyton Wheat (12 points) while the Titans were paced by senior Kody Holcomb’s 14.

LYNNWOOD — A balanced effort pushed the Spartans to a dominant win over the Royals. Stanwood (7-1) had three double-digit scorers, with junior Ellalee Wortham continuing her strong season in a game-high 19-point performance. Lynnwood freshman Nina Wilson scored most of her team’s points with 15 as the Royals fell to 1-8.

Edmonds-Woodway 64, Cleveland 30

SEATTLE — Active hands were a theme in the Warriors’ blowout road win, as juniors Finley Wichers (six steals) and Janie Hanson (five steals) wreaked havoc defensively. Wichers also led Edmonds-Woodway with 20 points as the Warriors improved to 7-1.

Monroe 54, Scottsdale Christian 18

PHOENIX, Ariz. — The Bearcats advanced to the Cactus Jam’s Tempe division championship with a dominant win over Scottsdale Christian. Monroe got a game-high 12 points each from senior Halle Keller and junior Mya Mercille in the win. The Bearcats will face Skyline in the championship on Monday.

W F West 53, Glacier Peak 50

SNOHOMISH — The Grizzlies (5-5) dropped their fourth straight after a late rally by W F West (10-1). Glacier Peak senior Brynna Pukis led her team with 22 points while W F West was paced by sophomore Dilyn Boeck’s 20.

Emerald Ridge 53, Snohomish 45

LYNDEN — The Panthers (6-4) dropped a close one to Emerald Ridge (7-2) after the Jaguars’ defense posted a 13-4 fourth-quarter finish. Snohomish junior Sienna Capelli led the Panthers with 10 points while Jaguars junior Semaj Williams had a team-high 13 in the first half.

Anacortes 60, Marysville Getchell 31

MARYSVILLE — The Chargers (1-8) suffered a tough home loss to the visiting Seahawks (5-2). Freshman Elle Glover’s eight points led Marysville Getchell while Anacortes senior Reagan Hunt posted a game-high 16.
