STANWOOD — Powered by Noah Parker’s 29 points and 15 rebounds, the Seagulls (9-11 overall and 4-6 league) secured fourth place in the North and district playoff berth. Alex Tserger scored 15 points, and Sam Lawless added 10 for Everett. The Spartans (5-15, 3-7), led by senior forward Cole Thorson’s 16 points, dropped into fifth place, and with play South No. 6 Lynnwood in a first-round play-in game 7 p.m. Thursday.

EDMONDS — Shorewood improved to 9-12 overall and 7-5 in league by withstanding Finley Wichers’ 21 points, eight rebounds and three blocks in a loss for the Warriors (9-11, 2-10). Shorewood, which has qualified for the district tournament, will play North No. 1 Stanwood on Friday. Fifth-place E-W will play Wednesday’s Marysville Getchell vs. Lynnwood winner for a district playoff berth on Friday.

Meadowdale 68, Shorecrest 51

SHORELINE — Mia Brockmeyer drilled four 3-pointers on her way to 22 points to lead the Mavericks (14-6 overall, 10-2 league). Lexi Zardis (16 points), Kyairra Roussin (13) and Audrey Lucas (12) also hit double-digits for Meadowdale. Cassie Chesnut poured in a game-high 25 for Shorecrest (10-9, 7-5). Both teams will play Wesco 3A crossover games Friday.
