Four non-football prep events to keep an eye on this week:

Volleyball: Lake Stevens at Kamiak, 7 p.m. Tuesday. The Vikings take a 29-match conference winning streak into this showdown at Kamiak, which was one of just two Wesco 4A teams to take Lake Stevens to five sets last season. In their two meetings last year, the Vikings rallied from 2-1 and 2-0 match deficits for a pair of five-set wins over Kamiak en route to their second consecutive Wesco 4A title.

Girls soccer: Kamiak at Lake Stevens, 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. This is a rematch of last year’s Class 4A Northwest District second-place match, which Lake Stevens won 1-0 to advance to state and end Kamiak’s season. The Vikings have allowed just two goals in four matches this year, including three consecutive shutouts.

Girls swimming: Stanwood, Everett at Snohomish, 3:15 p.m. Thursday at Snohomish Aquatic Center. After snapping Lake Stevens’ streak of 39 consecutive Wesco North dual-meet wins last week, Snohomish faces Stanwood and Everett in another league clash. Last year, the Panthers and Spartans tied their season-opening dual meet and finished tied for second place in the Wesco North.

Girls soccer: Edmonds-Woodway at Archbishop Murphy, 6 p.m. Saturday. Edmonds-Woodway is off to a 3-0 start in Wesco 3A play, having outscored conference opponents by a combined margin of 11-1. Wesco 3A newcomer Archbishop Murphy is 2-0-1 in league play, with a tie against defending conference champion Snohomish and a win over Stanwood, which placed second in the conference last year.
