ARLINGTON — Gavin Harrington racked up nine strikeouts and threw a no-hitter as Lynnwood downed Arlington 3-0 in a non-league tilt.

Harrington went six innings before the game was called due to weather and took the win for the Royals (1-0) while Jace Hampson went 2-for-3 at the plate with a double.

Aiden Jones finished with seven strikeouts and two walks across three innings for the Eagles (0-1).

Mountlake Terrace 10, Snohomish 1

SNOHOMISH — Ryan Sturgill went 3-for-4 at the plate and stole a base as Mountlake Terrace handled Snohomish 10-1 in a non-league game.

Talen Zenk went 2-for-3 with four stolen bases, Griffin Potter was 2-for-4 and Owen Meek had three strikeouts, picking up the win on the mound for the Hawks (1-0).

Jason Roth went 1-for-2 and had two steals and Enzo Porletto fanned five batters for the Panthers (0-1).

EVERETT — Wyatt Stevens had a goal and an assist as Kamiak beat O’Dea in a non-league home opener.

Ky Iliev and Travis Velasco each scored while Matt Thorsen and Yegor Tarasov offered assists for the Knights (1-0).
