Edmonds-Woodway 6, Meadowdale 1

LYNNWOOD — Jens Simonsen struck out four and allowed just one run on 5 hits in five innings, and Drew Warner struck out five and allowed just one hit over the final two frames to lead Edmonds-Woodway over Meadowdale in the regular-season finale for both teams.

Simonsen added a hit and two RBI at the plate, Diego Escandon went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI, and Cruz Escandon added a double for Edmonds-Woodway (16-5, 13-1 Wesco 3A/2A South), which clinched the league regular-season title earlier in the week.

Isaiah Kepoo-Sabate went 2-for-3, Malikhi Emery-Henderson had an RBI and Tristan Dodds allowed just one hit in 2.2 innings of relief for Meadowdale (11-10, 7-7).

Mountlake Terrace 13, Cascade 4

EVERETT — Talan Zenk went 3-for-5 with a double, stolen base and four RBI as Mountlake Terrace topped Cascade in the regular-season finale for both teams..

Tyler Shankle went 1-for-3 with two RBI, Ryan Sturgill went 1-for-3 with two RBI, two walks and a stolen base, and Owen Meek and Jeremy Perreault each tossed a scoreless inning of relief for Mountlake Terrace (11-9, 8-6 Wesco 3A/2A South).

Cascade fell to 2-17 overall and 1-13 in league play.

LYNDEN — Wyatt Pevny singled, doubled and drove in two runs, but Lakewood fell just short to Lynden in a hard-fought league game.

Tyler Duncan scored two runs, and Cayden Hayes singled, doubled and scored a run for Lakewood (4-14, 2-12 Northwest).

Kobe Baar singled, doubled, scored a run and stole a base for Lynden (15-5, 12-2).

MILL CREEK — Rachel Sysum delivered a walk-off triple as Jackson rebounded from its first loss of the season with a hard-fought win over Lake Stevens.

Yanina Sherwood struck out nine and allowed just five hits in a complete game, Leneyah Mitchell went 2-for-3 and Simone Williams added a single and a walk for Jackson (16-1, 5-1 Wesco 4A).

Charli Pugmire struck out nine and allowed just one earned run on six hits in 6.2 terrific innings in the circle, Zoe Hopkins had a hit and a stolen base, and Ava Heston, Haylee Kim, Emery Fletcher and Alyssa Waldo had base hits for Lake Stevens (11-5, 1-4).

Glacier Peak 21, Mariner 0 (5)

EVERETT — Maya Mesa allowed just one hit in a shutout in the circle to help lead Glacier Peak to a league win over Mariner.

Ashleigh Wojcik went 3-for-3 with a double and three RBI, and Lauren Hufford finished 3-for-4 with two RBI for Glacier Peak (11-2, 2-2 Wesco 4A).

Jojo Gallardo-Lopez went 1-for-2 for Mariner (0-13, 0-4).

Wesco 3A/2A

Cedarcrest 12, Everett 3

DUVALL — Madison Knowles went 2-for-2 with a home run, double and three RBI, and Rachel Krivanek finished 3-for-4 with a solo home run as Cedarcrest downed Everett in a league game.

Emma Duke and Kaitlyn Sewell both doubled, and Peyton Hayes drove in two runs for Cedarcrest (8-6, 7-4 Wesco 3A/2A).

Madeline Pewitt went 2-for-3 with an RBI, Riannon Botz finished 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI, and Isa Davis added a double for Everett (8-7, 6-6).

Shorewood 13, Lynnwood 1 (5)

SHORELINE — Ellie Van Horn struck out eight in a complete game as Shorewood earned a league win over Lynnwood.

Avery Grutz and Yuri Siler both went 2-for-4 with a double, and Lillian Perrault and Rose Gallagher added doubles for Shorewood (9-6, 6-5 Wesco 3A/2A).

Malina Holden went 2-for-3 with a double, Nyree Johnson had a triple and Ashara went 1-for-2 for Lynnwood (3-12, 2-9).

Mountlake Terrace 14, Marysville Getchell 5

MARYSVILLE — Ellie Gilbert and Amaya Johnson each had two hits, including home runs, as Mountlake Terrace rolled to a league win over Marysville Getchell.

Delia Glover, Bri Reyes and Mya Sheffield all went 3-for-4 at the plate for Mountlake Terrace (10-4, 8-2 Wesco 3A/2A).

Lilyana Balgos went 3-for-4, and Sabrina Neal and Emme Witter both went 2-for-4 for Marysville Getchell (6-8, 4-6).
