SNOHOMISH — Zoe Hopkins and Olivia Fast scored as Lake Stevens opened Wesco 4A league play with a win over Glacier Peak.

Tessa Anastasi earned the win in goal for Lake Stevens, which improved to 4-1-0 overall on the season.

Brynna Pukis scored for Glacier Peak, which dropped to 0-6-0 overall.

EVERETT — Natalie Cardin posted a hat trick to power Mountlake Terrace to a league win in a matchup of state tournament qualifiers from last season.

Ava Hunt and Claire August each had a goal and an assist, Margan Damschen added an assist, and Jordyn Stokes had five saves in goal for Mountlake Terrace (4-2-1, 4-1-1 Wesco 3A/2A).

Archbishop Murphy fell to 5-2-0 overall and 4-2-0 in league.

Meadowdale 1, Arlington 0

EDMONDS — A goal from Hazel Maxwell in the first half stood up as Meadowdale earned the league win.

The Mavericks improved to 2-5-0 overall and 2-4-0 in Wesco 3A/2A play.

Arlington dropped to 3-3-1 overall and 2-3-1 in league.

Cedarcrest 1, Monroe 1

MONROE — Addison Williams scored for Monroe and Sadie Schaefer scored for Cedarcrest as the teams played to a league draw.

Monroe moved to 2-3-1 overall and in Wesco 3A/2A play, and Cedarcrest is now 4-2-1 overall and 4-1-1 in league.

EVERETT — Emme Shaffer had 13 kills, 12 digs and three aces, and Melissa Hadley added 10 kills, 12 digs and four aces to help lead Arlington to a 25-15, 25-15, 24-26, 25-23 league win.

Audrey Marsh had 13 digs, five aces and 15 assists for Arlington (4-2, 4-1 Wesco 3A/2A).

Ava Gonzalez had 20 kills, Ava Urbanozo added four kills, 29 assists, two aces and 12 digs, and Emi Forman chipped in four aces and six digs for Everett (1-3, 1-3).

Lynnwood 3, Meadowdale 0

BOTHELL — Hannah Johnson had 10 kills, two blocks and two aces, and Sammy Holmer added nine kills, four digs and one block as Lynnwood remained perfect on the season with a 25-23, 25-18, 25-6 league win.

Makena Kaleo had six kills and two block, Paige Gessey added 15 digs and four aces, and Charlie Thomas had 24 assists, two kills, five digs and four aces for Lynnwood (6-0, 4-0 Wesco 3A/2A), the third-ranked Class 3A team in the newest Washington State Volleyball Coaches Association Poll. The Royals have yet to drop a set this season.

Laiken Thoesen had three kills, 15 assists and eight digs, Ja’elle Jenkins had five kills, two digs and one ace, and Sofia Brockmeyer and Violet Dubois both added 10 digs for Meadowdale (2-3, 2-2).

STANWOOD — Tatum Gill had seven kills and 12 digs, and Laura Esping added five kills, 11 digs, 26 assists and one ace to help lift Archbishop Murphy to a 22-25, 25-16, 25-15, 25-13 league win.

Ashley Fletcher had eight kills, five digs and one block, and Payton MacDonald added four kills and five aces for Archbishop Murphy (4-2, 4-1 Wesc0 3A/2A).

Cambrielle Brown had 15 kills and nine digs, Harper Neyens added eight kills, 11 digs and four aces, and Madilynne Heuett contributed 19 digs for Stanwood (1-4, 1-3).

Edmonds-Woodway 3, Mountlake Terrace 1

EDMONDS — Alyssa Dittoe had eight kills, three aces, three digs and four blocks, and Indira Carey-Boxley added eight kills, three aces and four blocks to help lead Edmonds-Woodway to a 25-20, 21-25, 25-19, 26-24 league win.

Kate McCarthy had five kills, three aces and 12 digs, Elizabeth Veshkurova added five kills, two aces and seven digs, and Rachel Wechsler chipped in four kills, two digs and four blocks for Edmonds-Woodway (4-1, 3-1 Wesco 3A/2A).

Haley Trinh had 19 digs and four aces, Shady Mayer added 10 digs and three aces, and Catherine Brown and Yvonne Asenson had six blocks each for Mountlake Terrace (0-5, 0-4).

Non-league

Lake Stevens 3, Ferndale 0

FERNDALE — Laura Eichert dominated with 18 kills, six digs and four aces to help lead Lake Stevens to a 25-18, 25-19, 25-19 non-league sweep.

Mia Turner had six kills and three digs, and Alyss Kelly added 19 digs and one ace for Lake Stevens (4-3).

Ferndale fell to 2-4 overall.

Darrington 3, Grace Academy 0

DARRINGTON — Claire Wright had seven kills, 12 digs, three blocks and six aces, and Abigail Cochran added four kills and three blocks to help lift Darrington to a 25-22, 25-12, 25-17 non-league sweep.

Allie Cochran had two kills, 15 digs and five aces, and Aenea Laam chipped in five kills and two aces for Darrington (7-1).

Grace Academy fell to 3-1 overall.

Jackson 3, Garfield 1

MILL CREEK — Ravenna Coleman had 15 kills with a .583 hitting percentage and added four blocks as Jackson won 25-19, 25-13, 15-25, 25-20, and handed Garfield its first loss of the season.

Addison Eastwood added six aces, 11 digs and 32 assists for Jackson (3-2).

Garfield dropped to 6-1 overall.

MOUNT VERNON — Meg Omlid had 17 kills with a .333 hitting percentage, and added 22 digs and a serve-receive rating of 2.60 as Lakewood earned the league sweep.

Ava Kummer had four aces and a serve-receive rating of 2.35, and Payton Langum added 23 assists for Lakewood (4-3-0, 3-2-0 Northwest Conference).
