BOTHELL — Sammy Holmer had seven kills, six digs and an ace as the Royals (12-0 overall, 10-0 Wesco 3A/2A) swept the Chargers by scores of 25-20, 25-15, 25-9. Hannah Johnson added eight kills and two blocks and Paige Gessey pitched in eight kills and six digs.

Ashtyn Hale had 12 digs and Sophia Gilbert added four kills for Marysville Getchell.

The Chargers dropped to 2-9 overall and 1-9 in league.

Shorewood 3, Edmonds-Woodway 1

SHORELINE — The Stormrays (12-1) beat the Warriors to improve to 9-1 in league play.

Edmonds-Woodway fell to 6-6 overall and 4-6 in Wesco 3A/2A on the season.

Northwest 1B

Fellowship Christian 3, Lummi Nation 0

BELLINGHAM — Fellowship Christian swept Lummi 3-0 in a Northwest 1B league match.

The Blackhawks fell to 1-9, the Eagles improved to 7-2.

Shoreline Christian 3, Cedar Park Christian (Lynnwood) 0

SHORELINE — Shoreline Christian swept Cedar Park Christian in a Northwest 1B league match as the Chargers improved to 6-4.

Grace Academy 3, Tulalip Heritage 0

The Eagles took down Tulalip Heritage in three sets to improve to 8-2, including 8-1 in Northwest 1B play.
