Archbishop Murphy 17, Meadowdale 7

LYNNWOOD — Sarah Fletcher’s three home-run day highlighted a dominant win for the Wildcats (6-2 overall, 4-0 league). Fletcher went 5-for-6, scored five times and had five RBI on a 24-for-46 day for Archbishop Murphy. The Wildcats jumped out to an 11-0 lead after three innings as five players scored two or more runs in the win. Markella Vick (2-for-5, one run) also homered for Archbishop Murphy on a four-RBI day. Saylah Lopez (3-for-5) rounded out the offensive outburst with two runs and two RBI. Jaeden Sajec (2-for-5, one run) went yard for the Mavericks (3-5, 2-1), who avoided the run rule with a strong six-run sequence in the fourth and fifth innings.

Edmonds-Woodway 7, Mountlake Terrace 3

EDMONDS — Six fifth-inning runs helped the Warriors (6-3, 2-1) break out of a 3-1 deficit. Catie Ingalls (1-for-3, two RBI) stole a base during that sequence en route to her sole run of the day. Helena Marsh made her way around the bases twice on a 1-for-2 day, and Maddie Jones (2-for-4) scored once while posting an RBI. Ella Campbell pitched all seven innings, allowing five hits to six strikeouts for Edmonds-Woodway. Hailey Taron went 1-for-3 and brought in two runs for Mountlake Terrace (5-3, 3-2), while teammate Olivia Brown tripled.

Shorewood 13, Lynnwood 1 (5)

SHOREWOOD — The Stormrays (6-4, 1-1) responded to a first-inning strike from Lynnwood (1-9, 0-4) with 13 unanswered runs. Emma Kellum (four Ks) and Emily Scott each pitched around two innings and allowed just three Royals hits. Alyssa Carver made the most out of her two opportunities at the plate, going 2-for-2, scoring twice and driving three runs in. Teammate Charlotte Copacino (2-for-3) found home plate three times on a 2-for-3 day as well. Olivia Michaels (1-for-2) had the first-inning run for Lynnwood.

Non-league

Monroe 7, Cedar Park Christian (Bothell) 4

BOTHELL — Three insurance runs in the seventh inning proved to be the difference in a close win for the Bearcats (7-4). Vivian Knuckey (3-for-4, three RBI) and Addy Bryant (2-for-3, one RBI) each homered for Monroe in that final inning to score the winning three runs. Bryant pitched all seven innings on top of her homer, striking out five while allowing nine hits. Izzy Webster (1-for-3) also drove in two runs in the win.

Snohomish 13, Skyline 8

SNOHOMISH — Consistent scoring helped the Panthers (7-3) weather two Spartans home runs to earn their fifth win in their last seven games. Amelie Lopez (3-for-4, two RBI) scored three times while Abby Edwards (4-for-5, two RBI) scored twice. Rhys Doyle brought in four runs on a 2-for-3 day.

Everett 12, Ferndale 1 (5)

FERNDALE — A two-way effort propelled the Seagulls to 4-4 on the season. Mia Hoekendorf pitched all five innings, allowing two hits while striking out 12. Hoekendorf impressed from the plate as well, hitting one of Everett’s two homers en route to a three-RBI, two-run day. Madeline Pewitt hit the other, as she went 3-for-3, scored four runs and finished with two RBI herself. Katy Tedrow (2-for-4, one run) rounded out a 12-for-27 day for the Seagulls, posting three RBI as well.

Stanwood 12, Cascade 1 (5)

EVERETT — The Spartans (8-1) cruised to a run-rule win over the Bruins (4-7). Addi Anderson allowed just one hit to 10 strikeouts in five innings while Regan Ryan had a 3-for-3, three-run day. Jemma Lopez went yard on her first at-bat, finishing 2-for-4 with five RBI. Marisa Molina made Cascade’s lone hit count, hitting a solo home run in the fourth.

Mount Vernon 1, Arlington 0

MOUNT VERNON — The Eagles (0-8) couldn’t find their first win of the season after going 2-for-23 from the plate. Kinsey Marchand pitched the whole way for Arlington, allowing four hits and earning two Ks.

Ballard 3, Jackson 1

MILL CREEK — The Timberwolves (4-3) struggled to bring runners home on a 5-for-25 day. Reese Westman went 2-for-3 and scored the lone run on Allie Thomsen’s fifth-inning sacrifice fly. Alana Banog pitched the whole way for Jackson, allowing three hits to three strikeouts.
